MOCK FRENCH ECLAIRS 
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, room temperature
2 boxes French vanilla pudding
1 can chocolate frosting

Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with layer of graham crackers. Prepare pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/2 of pudding mixture on graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Add remaining pudding. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread frosting over all. Chill.
