MEATBALLS WITH SOUR CREAM GRAVY 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. fine, dried bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

GRAVY:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
2 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
8 oz. sour cream

Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup hot fat. Remove meat and stir flour and gravy seasonings into fat. Stir in boiling water and sour cream. Add meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
