CHICKEN 'N CHIPS BAKE | |
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed 2 c. celery, sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate 2 tsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing Combine the above ingredients. Pile lightly in 8 x 1 1/2 round baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, 15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 5 or 6. |
