VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 (10 oz.) box frozen lima beans
2 sticks butter
1 (16 oz.) box Velveeta
1/2 box seasoned croutons
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook vegetables as directed. Drain. Melt 1 stick butter and cheese together and pour over vegetables in casserole dish. Top with croutons and 1 stick butter (in pats). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake 5 minutes more.
