CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
6 eggs, boiled, diced
1 large pone cornbread, crumbled
mayonnaise

In large bowl, mix together pepper, tomatoes, onion, bacon, eggs, and cornbread. Add enough mayonnaise to make mixture moist (mixture should stick together). Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator in covered dish.
