MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger meat 1 bag of corn chips 2 cans ranch style beans 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies Break up chips and layer in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Brown hamburger meat and layer on top of chips. Then layer beans, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup then Rotel tomatoes with chilies on top. Put in oven at 450 degrees until the cheese soup is hot. |
