8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (20 oz.) bags Oreo cookies

Cream the first 3 ingredients. In another bowl, mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip. Combine the 2 mixtures. Crust Oreos. Put 1/3 of the cookies in bottom of pan, 1/2 of mixture, then another 1/3 of cookies and remainder of mixture on top of cookies. Top with the rest of Oreos.
