PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. mashed pumpkin
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 egg whites
Baked pastry shell

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add other ingredients.
