SPICED CRANBERRY JAM 
2 lbs. cranberries
3 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Bring cranberries, water and vinegar to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add sugar and spices, mix well. Place on high heat, bring to a full rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/2 bottle of pectin. Mix and skim off foam. Stir and skim 5 minutes to prevent floating fruit. Ladle into jelly jars and cover with paraffin. Makes 10 jars.
