FETTUCCINE WITH LEMON 
8 oz. fettuccine pasta
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Grated peel of 2 lemons
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Cook fettuccine. Combine cream and butter. Melt in a saucepan. Stir in lemon juice and peel. When pasta is finished cooking, drain and return to pan. Add the above mixture to it and top with grated cheese. Toss and serve.
