FETTUCCINE WITH LEMON & CREAM
SAUCE
 
8 oz. cooked pasta
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta until al dente; drain. While noodles are cooking, place cream in a wide frying pan over medium heat, cook until bubbling. Add parsley, lemon peel and salt. Cook for 30 seconds. Add hot noodles, reduce heat to low and toss gently. Add butter and Parmesan cheese. Toss until noodles are coated.
