ITALIAN STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked oats
15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/3 c. each sliced mushrooms, olives, shredded Mozzarella, green peppers
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella

A few mushrooms

Combine ground beef, oats, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Separate mixture into 2 equal parts. Shape into patties about 7 inches in diameter. Place stuffing choices on one patty leaving 1/2 inch on the edge, top with other patty. Pinch sides to enclose stuffing. Smooth edge into rounded loaf. Place into pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Top with 1 cup spaghetti sauce, Mozzarella cheese, olives and mushrooms.
