CALIFORNIA BAKED BROCCOLI 
3 1/4 c. fresh broccoli flowerettes and cut up stalks
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3 eggs
3 tbsp. dry sherry
3/4 tsp. Italian mixed herbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly steam broccoli until tender, arrange broccoli, green onion and pimento in 2 quart casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. In blender or food processor combine eggs, milk, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, sherry, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli, bake 35 minutes. Yield: 4 servings - 162 calories - 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 milk, 0 fat.
