4 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Jam of your choice

Mix all ingredients together, roll out thin and cut in small circles. Bake in 350 degree oven on greased cookie sheets until lightly browned. After baked, stick 2 cookies together with jam.
