HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes Thaw potatoes. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese in large bowl. Place in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Mix crushed corn flakes with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
