(EAST AFRICA) SUKUMA WIKI 
1 tomato, chopped or 7 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen greens, you may use collards, turnips, mustard, cabbage or spinach.
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. hot peppers
1/3 c. cooking oil

In large saucepan, cook tomatoes, green peppers and onions in hot oil for one minute. Add uncooked frozen greens. Cook 15 minutes with lid on. Remove lid, stir until all liquid is absorbed. If you use fresh greens, wash well, chop and boil until tender and drain.
