HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese
Durkee onions

Combine soup, milk, sour cream, and 1/2 of cheese. Stir in hash browns and 1/2 of onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in buttered casserole dish. Five minutes before done sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.
