1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. (Let butter get soft for best results).

Beat eggs and cheese then add sugar slowly. Pour over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before serving. Cake usually falls in the middle. Very delicious!
