RHUBARB COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (white too)
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 - 2 c. rhubarb

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-50 minutes.
