SPINACH SALAD 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach (thaw, and squeeze out liquid)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. horseradish
4 tsp. dill pickle vinegar
2 diced dill pickles
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine ingredients. Stir to blend. Chill for at least 1 hour.
