SPECIAL PICKLE ROUND STEAK 
1/4" round steak
Salt & pepper
Onions, chopped
Dill pickles

Cut 1/4" round steak into 4"x4" pieces. Pound flat; salt and pepper to taste. Put small dill pickle in center with chopped onion. Roll up as a jelly roll and secure with toothpick. Fry in hot oil just to brown (do NOT flour meat). Roast in slow oven, 275 degrees for approximately 3 hours with 1 cup water. May need to add additional water during cooking. Serves 4 to 6 persons.
