SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. tender-Quick
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Shape into roll and wrap in foil. Place in 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake next morning at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm or cold.
