HOMEMADE SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. Morton Tender quick
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix well until the water is worked into the meat. Shape into size of cracker. Set in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Take out and let cool. Wrap in foil and freeze.
