SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger (not too lean)
5 tbsp. Morton tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. hickory salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix well and refrigerate in covered bowl. Mix once a day. On the fourth day, shape into 1 food log and bake on broiler pan at 150 degrees for 4 hours. Turn and bake 4 more hours.
