MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 1/4 c. water
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 c. uncooked rice
10 oz. frozen peas

Brown chicken in a large frying pan. Add 1 envelope taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, and rice. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until tender. Add peas. Cook 10 minutes.
