GREEN CHILI CORN BAKE 
2 eggs
2 cans yellow corn (cream style)
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 sm. green chilies (1 can)
1/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese

Beat eggs. Combine cornmeal, butter and garlic salt; fold in eggs. Place a layer of corn mixture in casserole pan, then layer of chili, then add remainder of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. 14 servings.
