CORN & GREEN CHILI BAKE 
2 cans (16 oz.) cream corn
2 eggs
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix corn, eggs, corn meal, garlic and oil. In another bowl mix cheese and chiles. Place corn mix in a greased casserole. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serves 6.
