CURRY CHICKEN | |
1 sm. chicken (5-6 lbs.) 2 stalks scallions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped or powder Dash of black pepper, oregano, thyme, Accent & small cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp. curry powder Salt & pepper to taste Cut chicken in small pieces and work away excess fat and skin. Use a little salt and flour or even lime to cut freshness. Let stand for a little until water is fully drained. Then empty chicken into a large bowl and add scallions, garlic, thyme, black pepper, oregano and cut tomatoes in halves. Mix seasoning into chicken and let it stand for about 10 to 15 minutes so that the chicken can absorb the seasoning. Heat pot with a little oil then add 2 tablespoons of curry powder with a little water into the pot and let fry until slightly thick and sticks to pot. Then add chicken into the pot and let fry a little until water is almost dry. Then add a little hot water and cover to cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt or pepper and taste. |
