STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breasts
6 tbsp. melted butter, divided
3 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water

Brush chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Combine remaining butter and remaining ingredients. Make 4 mounds of stuffing on 4 pieces of aluminum foil and place a chicken breast, skin side up, on mound of stuffing. fold foil securely around chicken to make individual packages. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, then increase to 400 degrees. Fold back aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
