SUNRISE CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 chicken breasts; split, skinned and boned
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry
3 tbsp. onion, diced small
1 lg. clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Cut chicken breasts halves crosswise into 4 equal sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine oil, honey, soy sauce, sherry, onion, garlic and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces and turn to coat them well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, preheat the broiler. Thread 6 pieces of the chicken on each of four 10 inch wooden skewers and broil 5 or 6 inches from the heat; 5 minutes on each side.

Heat the marinade in a saucepan. Brush the cooked chicken with the hot marinade and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
