BIG EASY CINNAMON ROLLS
1 lb. frozen bread dough
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into 8 equal sections. On a lightly floured surface, roll each section into a long rope. Brush each rope on all sides with melted butter. Stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in shallow pan. Roll one rope in mixture to coat evenly and shape into coil. Repeat procedure for all 8 ropes.

Place coils in greased 8 inch round baking pan so that sides are touching and end of coil is on bottom. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight in refrigerator. Remove and let stand 15-20 minutes before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes. Glaze with 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons milk. Makes 8 large buns.
