CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 to 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Power level - High (5). Yield: Frosts one 9 inch square cake. Approximate cooking time - 1 minute.

Place butter in small bowl. Microwave at high for 10 to 20 seconds or until butter softens. Set aside.

Place cream cheese in medium mixing bowl. Microwave at power level 5 for 30 to 60 seconds or until cream cheese softens. Add softened butter and cinnamon; cream at medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in enough powdered sugar to make desired consistency. Spread on cooled cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
