CREAM CHEESE FROSTING | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 to 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar Power level - High (5). Yield: Frosts one 9 inch square cake. Approximate cooking time - 1 minute. Place butter in small bowl. Microwave at high for 10 to 20 seconds or until butter softens. Set aside. Place cream cheese in medium mixing bowl. Microwave at power level 5 for 30 to 60 seconds or until cream cheese softens. Add softened butter and cinnamon; cream at medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in enough powdered sugar to make desired consistency. Spread on cooled cake. |
