FISH SALAD 
A favorite in Italian homes at Christmas eve

Calamari "squid"
Octupus
Scungilli
A little shrimp, canned
Green olives with pits
Garlic, olive oil, Italian parsley

Clean and cook octupus, when fork goes in easy, it's done. Do same with calamari, drain and cut in bite size pieces. Put in large bowl, add scungilli "they can be found next to clams at your grocery store". Add shrimp. Squeeze a couple of lemons, add oregano, lots of chopped garlic and parsley, "Italian" and last add olive oil when ready to serve. Add olives cut in small pieces.
