Shavings of 1 lemon
4 egg yolks
2 cubes butter, melted
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
Flour, enough to make the dough hard but not too hard

Put in oven on 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them, they cook quickly.
