1/2 c. melted butter
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
5-6 med. potatoes, washed good, unpeeled, and thinly sliced

Alternate potatoes with onion soup mixture in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
