8 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. Crisco oil
Milk, enough to make a stiff dough
Sift flour into a deep pudding pan. Pour in oil and milk, use enough milk to make up a stiff dough. Flour a bread board or a cookie sheet. Knead dough until stiff enough to roll out with biscuit roller or as I do. I just pat out, then I cut out biscuits with a doughnut cutter or you can pinch off lots of dough. Roll in hands and push out to the size of a cup top. Put in pan, punching up eyes more and mouth. Then you have cats bread. Bake in oven.
