4 catfish fillets (6 oz. each) 1/4 c. butter, melted Cajun Magic Brush both sides of fish with butter and then seasonings. Heat cast iron skillet over medium high heat until smoking, about 3-5 minutes. Add 2 fillets and cook until just opaque at center, about 2 minutes per side. |
