FRENCH CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted

Fold in sour cream last. Pour into spring form pan which has been lined with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let cake "set" in oven for 60 minutes. Top with favorite fruit.

CRUST: Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press mixture into pan.
