COCONUT HONEY BARS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spread or press into a well greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or just until golden brown. Cool and cut. Makes approximately 24 bars.
