COCONUT HONEY BARS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Chocolate drizzle for garnish

Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in well-greased 8-inch square pan, pressing lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or just until golden. Cool; then garnish with chocolate drizzle, if desired, and cut into bars. Makes 24 cookies.

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE:

Melt 1 square semi-sweet chocolate and 1 teaspoon butter in saucepan over low heat. Cool slightly and drizzle from tip of teaspoon.
