STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN CAKE 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries or 1 qt. fresh berries

Drain and fold into Jello mixture. Let set until like egg white. Break up one small angel food cake. Fold 1 pint of whipping cream (whipped) with cake and Jello mixture.

SAUCE:

1 c. strawberry juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil until clear, add 1 tsp. butter and red food coloring. Serve in individual dishes and pour sauce over cake mixture.
