BAVARIAN CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together. Set aside 3 tablespoons of this mixture. Press remaining into bottom and 2 1/2 inch up sides of 9 inch spring-form pan or pie plate.

FILLING:

2 eggs, well beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. creamed cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sour cream

Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, and almond extract. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream and pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and chill for 6 hours.
