1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, d rained
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Grease 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate. Mix chicken, mushrooms, onion, corn, cheese in pie plate. Salt and pepper. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick 1 minute by hand and pour over all in plate. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
