CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. boned and skinned chicken
1/2 sm. pkg. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Combine 1/2 cup shredded cheese and flour on bottom of pie shell. Add chicken and grated Velveeta. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
