CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
10" pie shell
10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked 3 min. & drained
2 c. diced & cooked chicken
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie shell 6 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked shell. Beat eggs with milk, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Bake 50 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
