1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 3/4 c. applesauce
1 c. orange juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in applesauce and orange juice. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Frost with sour cream if desired.
