WARM CABBAGE & ANCHOVY SALAD 
5 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry & sliced lengthwise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
4 c. finely shredded cabbage

In skillet cook anchovy fillets and garlic in oil over very low heat, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is lightly colored. Pour this mixture over cabbage in serving bowl and toss.
