HOT CRAB SPREAD 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) each cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, flaked
Salt to taste, optional
Garlic powder to taste, optional

In a mixing bowl soften cheese and blend with mayonnaise until creamy. Add mustard, onion, sugar, and wine. Mix well. Add crab meat. Add seasonings as desired. Blend and heat in fondue pot or in top of double boiler. Serve hot with small toast rounds or assorted crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
