HOT CLAM SPREAD 
2 cans minced clams (7 1/2 oz.) with juice
1 c. bread crumbs, dried
1/2 lb. melted butter
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Garlic salt to taste
Dash salt & pepper
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese, until gloppy. Put into 9 inch oven proof dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Can do ahead then bake when ready to serve. Can freeze easy.
