SCALLOPED CORN | |
2 (8 oz.) cans whole corn 1 (4 oz.) can oysters 2 c. milk 4 tsp. butter 2 c. cracker meal Drain water from corn and pour into casserole dish. Mash oysters and combine with corn. Add milk and crackers to make mixture soupy. Cut butter into smaller pieces. Place on top of corn. Cover and put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
